To provide access to such a valuable investment opportunity for more investors, SuperWeb3 has formed a UK-domiciled special purpose vehicle (SPV) to invest only in Offshore in the form of a SAFE (simple agreement for future equity) agreement. In order to participate, you will be buying partnership interests in this SPV. A summary of terms for this SPV can be found here. Mininum amount to invest per investor is $10,000 USD. The SPV charges a one-time upfront fee of 7.39% that covers its entire duration and 20% carried interest (profit cut) upon investment exit.

A: SuperWeb3, as organizer of the SPV, will distribute the tokens to partnership interest holders. Wallet addresses of partnership interest holders will be collected at a later stage. If certain partnership interest holders are not responsive within a reasonable timeframe to provide wallet addresses, SuperWeb3 may sell their tokens at its discretion and hold the sale proceeds on investorsā behalf.
Q: What is the exit strategy for this investment?
A: SuperWeb3, as organizer of the SPV, will excercise its best judgment to find an optimal exit opportunity and return the proceeds to partnership holders in due course.
Q: If I buy the partnership interest now, am I allowed to transfer my stake to another person in the future?
