USDT-Denominated Absolute Return Profit Sharing
This Trading Bot Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into on [DATE] , (the "Effective Date") by and between Beavo Investment Pte. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider"), and
[CLIENT NAME]
(hereinafter referred to as the "Client").
1. Services Provided:
1.1 The Service Provider agrees to provide automated trading services through its trading bots on Binance.com, Bybit.com, Deribit.com or other cryptocurrency exchanges, specifically managing the accounts or sub-accounts of the Client.
1.2 The trading bots will execute trades based on market conditions, and the Client acknowledges that all trading involves risk and Client shall not hold Service Provider accountable if there are losses in trading.
2. Compensation and Profit-sharing:
2.1 The Service Provider's compensation will be based on the change in the USDT value of the account. The commission will be 50% of profit during the period.
2.2 After each commission payout, the initial capital will be updated to the latest USDT value.
2.3 If the account's USDT value does not increase after the last commission, no commission will be charged.
2.4 In case no commission is charged, the initial capital will remain unchanged.
2.5 Commission shall be calculated based on the latest USDT value on the 1st day of every month and commission shall be paid, if any, within 3 days, by the Client to the Service Provider to a designated Binance account or blockchain address.
3. Termination:
3.1 Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party.
3.2 In the event of termination, the Service Provider shall be entitled to a commission on the change in the USDT value compared to the most recent initial capital. The commission will be 50% of profit during the period.
3.3 Termination does not affect any commissions due for the period preceding the termination.
4. Confidentiality:
4.1 Both parties agree to keep confidential all information, including but not limited to trade strategies, account details, and any proprietary information related to the trading bot.
5. Governing Law:
5.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Singapore.
6. Miscellaneous:
6.1 This Agreement may only be amended in writing and signed by both parties.
6.2 Any notices required under this Agreement shall be in writing and delivered to the respective parties via email.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Trading Bot Service Agreement as of the Effective Date.
